Capacity Building

Organisations that are embarking on significant organisational changes or that are experiencing damaging conflicts need to ensure that their people have the knowledge and skills to successfully implement change and manage conflicts positively. Capacity building is essential in many cases and we provide a range of programmes on facilitation, negotiation and problem solving, organisational change, and managing conflict. These are described briefly in this section.
