This site gives an overview of the type of work that we do and the broad approach that we take to working with client organisations. In essence, we specialise in working with managers, trade unions and employees in unionised organisations to help improve the conduct of industrial and employee relations and to help develop effective means of introducing organisational change.

We provide a range of consulting, training, facilitation and mediation interventions. Most of these are tailor made for particular situations.Where assignments are large we bring together teams of independent consultants with experience of the types of problems that our clients want help in resolving.
